200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

So you want to become a yoga teacher? Typical initial yoga teacher training courses take 200 hours to complete. Look closely at the syllabus of the program and be sure to meet the lead trainer or trainers personally prior to embarking on any teacher training program.
You may want to:
Inquire about the training that your teacher has received or is receiving
Talk to graduates of the teacher training program
Explore a breadth of of yoga styles and traditions beyond what you are accustomed to practicing

Yoga teacher training is a great time to explore your personal philosophy on wellness, look within, meet friends, and really practice your yoga.
